Our client challenged us to envision a hospitality environment of unprecedented scale and sophistication for 500 VIP guests across five adrenaline-charged days. The mission was clear: design and deliver an upscale, multi-faceted retreat within the high-energy race footprint, seamlessly blending gourmet dining, striking décor, and immersive branding. All with commanding trackside views.

RKD EXP led the charge from concept to completion, orchestrating every detail of the experience. From early ideation through on-site execution, we developed a comprehensive plan that brought together design, structure, culinary, and décor into one cohesive vision.
Our team created detailed 3D visualizations that set the tone for an environment worthy of the F1 brand – sophisticated, exhilarating, and unforgettable. Every touchpoint was carefully considered to ensure a seamless guest journey.
To execute the master plan, RKD EXP tapped into the strength of its sister companies under The RK Group umbrella: RKD EXP designed, rendered, and produced large-scale wall wraps, immersive activations, and striking branding elements woven throughout the space, ensuring every surface and corner reinforced the F1 Miami branding.

RKD EXP led the way, from first visualization to full plan. As the experience designers behind the project, we shaped the concept, mapped out every detail, and directed each discipline to bring it to life, working hand in hand with our in-house family of companies. National Structures engineered and built the monumental 15m x 20m Triple-Decker, perched on a 12-foot elevated scaffold floor system. Illusions Rentals translated our design direction into bespoke furnishings. Rosemary's Catering delivered a culinary experience that matched the atmosphere. Because these aren't outside vendors but part of one team, we planned, designed, and executed together, taking the job from vision to flawless completion with no gaps and no handoffs.
